Who played PSG for Red Rose Ranch band in 70's?

Post by Marc Friedland »

A friend of mine who doesn't play steel, was telling me about a player he heard in Woodland, CA in the mid 70's, who was totally awesome, but doesn't remember his name, only the band name. Anyone know who this might be? -- Marc

Chris Ivey - Didn't you do a stint with them around then? I know there was another steel player too (who also played guitar) but I can't seem to get the name past the tip of my tongue just yet...

Nice to see Chris Ivey’s face pop up. I miss him. As for Ray, I lost track of him years (decades?) ago. I’d sure love to know what he’s been up to. He’s a brilliant guy.
