JD Walters CD

Post by Jerry Roller »

I asked JD for a copy of his CD and received it a few days ago. He is really a great player. If you like great C6th with a little very tasteful E9th thrown in you really should get one of JD's CD's. He is a member of our Oklahoma Steel Guitar Association and we are very proud of him.
JD, you did a super job on that CD!

Ray-a lot of great standards, and even some E9 fine country tunes.

Do a search and you will find the tunes on it.
I really dig it....al Image Image

The stuff that was posted here on the Forum some months back.......was truly some of the greatest, most tasteful, listneable, and creative that I've heard in a long time.
It was completely lacking in the tired old worn out Nashville sound hotlicks that are beaten to death nightly in honky tonks around the country.
Most all were the type of arrangements that almost any pop station should be happy to access and share with their listeners.
I wish him all the success in the world for this fantabulous new CD!!!!

JD did do a fantastic job on the CD, and I was really impressed with sound of the steel on it.
