Wynonna Blah

I had an opportunity to see Wynonna Judd last night and boy did she stink. She tried to play pop jazz ala Joni Mitchell and sang off pitch as well as the band couldn't keep the rhythm of "Help Me".

She tried some funk, what a joke and was incredibly self absorbed wasting at least 10 minutes of her, 1 and only 1 hour on stage time, with stories about how we should never doubt ourselves, be all that we can be etc. sounded as if she was trying to convince herself.

Her band consisted of 2 keyboard players, two guitarists and Brady Blade on drums (the only bright spot), three back-up singers, and of course no steel guitar.

The recap, bad singing, self absorbed artist who was trying to do styles of music she clearly couldn't do. Don Potter, Naomi why did you leave this foolish girl go leave her country roots. Folks don't waste any time or money on this show.

Topic moved to the 'Music' section of the Forum, since it has nothing to do with steel players.
