An early jazz steel guitar LP. Wonder how high this will go?

Looks like Kevin Owens ("pearlsnap") has got it.

Just for the memory: I was at a Doyle Dykes concert and he opened the show to questions while he tuned a guitar with harmonics. I mentioned to him that when I was writing, Eddie Alkire had sent me a letter saying that while it was OK to use chimes to tune a steel guitar, one never did that on a regular guitar. Doyle replied with a chuckle: I guess noone ever told me !!

If you've ever been to one of his demos for Taylor Guitars, you know tuning is never a problem for him and if you think steel guitarists use a lot of different tunings, you're missing something by not seeing him in action.
