I saw the Eagles in St Louis during the summer-right afer "one of these nights" came out at the river festival. I'm pretty sure that was either '75 or '76 tho-but I could be wrong. might have been later-it was during that period, and Meisner and Leadon were still with the band, which I think would rule out '78. it was in a big tent, but we had lawn seats-you sat out side in the parking lot and then when they opened the gates you ran like hell down a hill to claim a spot. I recall the seats being good, and the sound being outstanding-Grateful Dead quality sound, (I measured everything then against the "Wall of Sound" the Dead were touring with-which was awesome). I have no pix tho-and I'm not sure we're even talking about the same show. This one was likely earlier than the one to which you refer.
