Does anyone know if there is a company that builds flight cases for steel guitars in Canada. Thanks.

Yeah, Eddie builds a pretty solid case-I'd follow Graham's link...

Hi Randy,

I have a partner named Royce Riehl, (also a steel player), who builds fabulous flight cases for steel guitars, etc.

They sell under the 'Signature Sound' name. We have sold them for many brands of steels, including my Carter with which I've flown all over Europe & the US.

We build them as compact (but strong) as possible to keep the weight down, plus the black mica finish is a unique beaded effect.
Here are links to both open & shut pictures. http://www.steelguitarcanada.com/img/forsale/caseopen.jpg http://www.steelguitarcanada.com/img/forsale/case.jpg

They retail at $465.00 CAD ($300.00 USD)
Let me know if you have any questions.

I just received a case from Flytecase and was very satisfied with both the quality and the service. The owner Richard Lee is a super guy to deal with. Check it out, you won't be sorry.
