May 6 ,10: 00 AM update on Mike Perlowin

Mike ask that I tell everyone he is going to be fine even though he is looking at several weeks of healing time.

The bone is completely gone in his nose,replaced by a a steel plate.

I ask about his eyes, as most are aware he has had fairly recent lasic surgery. The eyes are fine.

For those of you who missed the earlier post Mike crashed face first into a beam on a construction site. He said he was traveling downhill at the time at a pretty brisk rate of travel.

Repeating the earlier info from Michael Johnstone, Mike is in Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital. Room 715A,phone 213-413-3000

He has some cracked vertebre,but no spinal chord damage.Said this will not affect his ability to continue playing. He said he could sit up and play right now if his steel was set up.
