Welded frame guitars
After reading the topic on MCI/EMCI steels with welded frames,it brings to my attention that Mullen steels has some welds on its frame{endplates}if memory seves correct. Someone correct me if I stand in the wrong.

You are wrong Kenny, Welding Myrick never player a Mullensssssssssssssss.(oh, thats right, there is no "S" in Mullen(s). Mullen never made a "welded frame guitar", The leg sockets were welded in the end castings but that doesn't make it a welded frame guitar, any more than painting your Chevy pickup red will make it a Fararri, or name-ing your dog "spot" will make him a dalmation.
This incredible tesimonial came from the fertile mind of "ask Mr. Bob",
[This message was edited by BobbeSeymour on 20 April 2002 at 10:38 PM.]
