I'm running Windows IE. I assume the Utube things are going to a temp file?I would like to delete some but not all of them.I tried using the search fuction.The artist name etc. Even copied and pasted the URL. It always shows no such file can be found.I know they're there because they still play.
The only option I seem to have. Is to delete all the temp files.Which I don't want to do. I looked around on my hard drive but never hit on anything. I know there is a easy way.I'm just, well dumb when it comes to computers. I would actually read the manual if I could find it. I'm a despirate man.
Youtube files are saved in your "Temporary Internet Files" directory and are not really playable as such on their own. Temporary means just that. This directory stores web page content that you have viewed. It is only a certain size. Once you exceed that size, older content is flushed from the directory. The Youtube file will probably not be recognizable by name to you. It would be much easier to do a google search on "save youtube videos" and you will see how to do it. Occasionally clearing your Temporary Internet Files (including offline content) is actually a good idea as sometimes you may not see the most current page available.
