How can I remove service32.exe from my registry file?

That's a backdoor worm. Your antivirus program should be able to remove it. Run a full scan with an up to date antivirus program and see if that corrects it.

Download, install and update Microsoft "Windows Defender" and run a full scan. Also, while you are at www.microsoft.com search for "Malicious Software Removal Tool" and download and run it.

If you are not able to install Defender or the MSR Tool (due to licensing problems) go for Spybot Search and Destroy, Spyware Blaster and Ad-Aware. I have links to all kinds of free anti virus and anti spyware programs and removal help forums in the right sidebar of my blog.
