With Microsoft XP hold down the control "Ctrl" button while pressing the "+" symbol on the keyboard. The screen zooms in. Not sure if ME does it.

For Windows XP--
-Start
-Control Panel
-Accessability Options
-Configure Windows to work for your vision.......etc.
This opens a Wizard to help select viewing options.

George, I'd try Mark's instructions. We had ME, and I think there are accessibility features on it, like a screen magnifier, or large print at the least.
The problem will be getting somebody to use it.

I looked into ME and as I thought, acessibility options are similar to XP
Looks like this is how you get there.
-Start
-Settings
-Control Panel
-Accessibility Options
