When a post is too wide --
Sometimes a post will be made by someone and I will have to scroll sideways to read it all--can I do something on this end to correct it ? thanks.

I've noticed it on threads where somebody is trying to make a point and follows it with 50 or so exclamation points. ("!") If the poster would notice it and edit it back down, that would eliminate that portion of the problem.
Large pictures will drag the width out, too. Maybe just providing a link to a large picture instead of posting it, would solve that one.
Or as mentioned an Ebay auction link. For auction links use TinyUrl.com. You put in a really long URL and get out a tiny one. It's great for posting on any message boards where they don't have HTML or UBB codes.
