Does anyone know of a way to do this.I did a search on this forum and most of the old results were either gone or been changed.
Any help would be great.

Trap,

If you have RealPlayer installed (or if you want to install it)you can try this program. It is still a FREE beta version and need a few enhancements it can do the basics.

Trap,
I've had good results using dbpoweramp. http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ It's freeware, and with the RealAudio codec plugin, it converts .ra, .ram, and .rm to about any format you wish....or other formats to Realaudio. The only thing is that you need Realplayer 8.... NOT RealOne installed.
I use dbpoweramp primarily for mp3, wma and .ra.... but if you go to the codec page (codec central) you'll see codecs for dozens of formats.
