Johnny bush steel player?

New to the forum (thanks) who plays steel on johnny bush's version of there stands the glass. thank you in advance.

Weldon Myrick played steel on the RCA release...that is the only version I'm aware of...

Weldon's playing on the whole album is magnificent!

I am a large NB fan myself and I will say that Weldon Myrick doesn’t come close to the accolades that he should. Just my opinion.

I talked to Johnny about steel players, he absolutely loved the steel guitar, one of his favorites was Buddy Charlton who he told me I should hear, he was always very critical of Dick Overby for being too loud.
