What a night!

Some gigs are really hard. Fight your tone all night, guitar plays over the top of your fills, the drummer can’t keep a steady tempo, the bass player is playing jazz runs, the singer is full of himself. Those gigs drag on forever, and makes you wonder if it’s all worth it. Last night, however, was one of those magical nights where everything felt right. It just felt right. I guess I’ll keep at it knowing that there will be a few more of those.
