I just discovered Bridget St. John (thanks to Spotify). This is one of my favorite songs of hers and really shows the power of the pedal steel to add a deep emotion to a beautiful song.

Very nice! I have seen her perform in maybe 72 or 73.

I wasn't born yet! She is definitely in the same league as all the greats. I can't believe I had never heard of her. I have been into folk and specifically English folk for a long time! Better late than never.
