Hi Jeffery
Have you considered the online courses by Paul Franklin or Travis Toy ? Personally , I got my start working through the Winston / Keith book .

You need more equipment! LOL I agree about the online courses. You can probably find some youtube videos for free to get you started. Good luck, and enjoy the journey.
