Album sleeve says Danny Jones on steel guitar. Love Bellamy Brothers, and The Two And Only is one of their best discs.

Yes, if I recall correctly, he died in 2004, but I could be mistaken. He was a wonderful player. He is credited with steel on every Bellamy Brothers record, at least that I have. Someone else played steel with the Bellamy Brothers on tour, I can't remember who, but if you hear steel on any of the Bellamy Bros studio cuts, it was Danny. I can't ever remember hearing another steel player on any of their records.

Hey all! Really enjoyed hearing that again...took me back to my early days and searching for all the great sounding steel I could find. Great tune...steel was very tasty with great tone. Never met Danny but understand that he took my place after I left Martin Delray in the early '90's. Hats off to a great steeler that checked out too soon. Regards,RK
