Bellamy Bros release. Great play especially his slides.

Yes, if I recall correctly, he died in 2004, but I could be mistaken. He was a wonderful player. He is credited with steel on every Bellamy Brothers record, at least that I have. Someone else played steel with the Bellamy Brothers on tour, I can't remember who, but if you hear steel on any of the Bellamy Bros studio cuts, it was Danny. I can't ever remember hearing another steel player on any of their records.
I'm waitin' for the pardon that'll set me free,

That was a goodun'!
Hey all! Really enjoyed hearing that again...took me back to my early days and searching for all the great sounding steel I could find. Great tune...steel was very tasty with great tone. Never met Danny but understand that he took my place after I left Martin Delray in the early '90's. Hats off to a great steeler that checked out too soon. Regards,RK
