Amp stand/tilt legs for Peavey Session 500?

Post by Travis Bubenik »

Any of y'all have recommendations for an amp stand/tilt back legs/etc. to use for a Peavey Session 500 - something durable enough to handle these beasts?

I usually play live with a Fender twin tilted back on its legs. Mine's out of commission and so I've been using the Session, but I have kinda bad hearing and find it hard to hear myself without the amp tilted up at me a bit. Setting it up on a milk crate feels too risky just given how big they are...

Any tips welcome.

When I was using my Session 500 on stage I always put it on a milk crate. Never had any problems.

Okay maybe I’ll do that, I’m just so terrified of that thing tipping over and crushing itself with its own weight, hah!

What ever those are that Guitar Center carries, I've used them with my 500 with no issues
