I have always loved the Dillards. Especially Wheatstraw Suite and Copperfields, since Herb Pedersen and Buddy Emmons were all over those albums. What’s not to Love?????

In a couple of places, I see where they credit Rodney on Pedal Steel. I know and have seen Rodney many times play Dobro…and quite well! But does anyone know if he actually does play PSG. Just Curious.
Pedal Steel Guitar is "Music from Heaven"

I'm pretty sure Rodney played steel on "Little Pete" on " Wheatstraw Suite". Sounds like C6 on a Fender.IMHO.

I've worked with Rodney several times. He's a super nice guy and a very good, hard driving rhythm player. I've never seen him play anything else, but I'm sure if he does, it would be good.
