I don't understand.

I just do not understand. I sprinkled my guitar with rosewood dust, Brazilian dust of course, and put a rattlesnake rattle under the body and nothing happened. I still do not have that Emmons tone. It must be the amp. Maybe a new tone mod circuit.

Try sprinkling Tasmanian Devil hair and Sri Lanka Amplidust on your amp, while standing on your head. Works every time.
Carter D10 8p/7k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup, Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112, Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open G slide and regular G tuning guitar) .

Playing for 55 years and still counting.

My wife did tell me she thinks I sound much more like I do now than I did earlier. I feel better.

It's like using cremains for face makeup and expecting to look like the handsome departed.
