Homemade/DIY pedalboards: Case/bag to carry?

Post by ajm »

I'm thinking of making a pedalboard, and there are a TON of videos on Youtube.

However, if you're gigging you'll need to transport it.

Any ideas of what to use as a bag or case?

I'm actually thinking that it might be easier just buying a board and bag off of Craigslist and calling it quits.
By the time you factor in the cost of materials, PLUS a bag/case, well.......

Attached is one of a bazillion videos from YT.
This one uses a crate from Ikea.

Thanks in advance.

Depends on how big you need. I have large and small ones. Bought this small one and got it in 3-4 days. The large one is about $60.

Lot's of reasonable (ie less expensive) "off brand" choices on Amazon and ebay. (pedal boards with included carry bags or cases)
