Sarno Black Box / Goodrich Bloomer

Post by Nicholas Scott »

Hey y’all,

I’ve always used the Sarno Black Box with my amps. I current use a Quilter Steelaire and was curious to see what everyone’s opinion on the black box vs. the baby bloomer? Does anyone use both? Prefer one over the other? Let the discussion begin!

The Black Box is designed to be the first in line, the Baby Bloomer the last.

BB and Bloomer

Post by Larry Beem »

I dont have a quilter, however, I do use solid state amps. I run a BB first as its meant to be used, into a wet reverb, then into a Bloomer. It sounds great on every amp I have ran it through. I have no doubt you will havr great results on your Quilter too.
