Anyone know this guy, not sure when these came out but he looks a little different now. One more picture, check out the sticker in the top right of the set.

The rarest of all Signature Series!
I gave the package to Smiley at ST. Louis one year. He was sitting in the restaurant with Hal Rugg, John Hughey and a couple others. I put 4 old rubber bands and 6 rusty strings in individual packs. I thought he was going to cry!
