Russ Hicks, Blue Yonder

Post by Jon Light (deceased) »

I just heard the latest Mountain Stage and caught a song by a new-to-me band, Blue Yonder. (Of course) I always listen to the steel in young bands I hear on the radio. I liked this young band and their young steeler a lot. A really good sound.
Some research finds the word 'young' to be amusing.
I dug the sound of the band who are apparently a not so young trio and who have Mr. Hicks touring with them at the moment.
I'm not a regular radio listener so this was lucky timing, to have tuned in just at the right moment to catch their short set.
