Jay Dee Maness and John Macy

Post by Dan Robinson »

Fun in Denver Sunday night with Jay Dee Maness and John Macy. It was steel guitar hog heaven! Celebrating Merle Haggard and the release of Larry Nix new album "Hardly Haggard." Larry was backed up by Macy, Maness, Eugene Moles, Jim Christie, Lindsey Brown, Lauren Michaels.

Do check out Hardly Haggard, produced by John Macy (www.coastalbendmusic.com).

Like steel guitar? This album features Norm Hamlett, Lloyd Green, Jay Dee Maness, Eddy Dunlap and John Macy.

John, I don't know how you do it. Once again, this is outstanding!

Yes, a great album by Larry Nix. I bought my copy on the Google Play Store (only digital of cause). All steel work is excellent.

Dang! Jay Dee in Denver for the second time in less than a year (that I know of) and I missed the show once again. Double-dang!
