I haven't ordered that CD but I have ordered things in the past and it's always a wait. they are pretty notorious for that, but you will get it eventually. I assume you've emailed him about it?

I have the album on vinyl. It's great. A first pressing that I bought in Hawaii about 40 years ago.

I haven’t ordered that album but I went to my email and saw that in November he listed it as “pre-order” status which means it could take awhile.

When John put out that special Gene Clark album sometime back it took maybe four months before it showed up but it was also a pre-order kinda deal.

We know that he is closing down the business (bummer) but I would give him the benefit of the doubt that this album is in the same boat as his other pre-order items in the past and you will see it down the road a bit.

Yes Mark, I have given him the benefit of the doubt. I just wish he would respond to my e-mails and phone message's and let me know what is going on. I ordered the CD Suite Steel and got it within 2 or 3 weeks. This has been two months. He's got my money by pay-pal. I cannot believe someone would just walk away from their place of business and not keep up with their emails and phone messages. All I want him to do is answer one or the other. Thanks to all, J.R.

I know John mentioned some health issues factoring into his decision to close his online shop... I don't know how serious his condition is. I too have experienced frustration trying to communicate with him. he has honored all of my purchases but not always in a timely manner. keep the faith, he's a good guy

Still waiting on mine; ordered in December.
I heard back from John, though it might have been a 'form' message.
He said he had surgery, and there was a computer problem. Says he's getting the last orders out.
I really want the disc more than the money back, but the fact that I can't even find another dealer or available copy is troubling.
Here's hoping....

Just to update this thread, I got and email from John a few weeks ago for a Gene Clark CD I ordered almost a year ago. He said he was waiting for a new issue but had old ones still around and asked if I would take that. I replied yes and got the CD in a weeks time.

I know a lot has been said, but I was thrilled that he was still on top of these orders and mine was completed, a little late, but I'm very happy.
Regards, Craig

My update: I did receive my Pacific Steel CD.
Seems John is honest, if overburdened.

Thanks Daniel for that up date. It is always good to here that someone is honest and just had a bad spell of some kind. I wish him well. J.R.
