Yes that is "Lloyd Green" playing on The Best of Del Reeves: Volume 2 in 1969 with this Sho~bud Fingertip I restored for him

All the fingertips I've ever seen had the narrow spaced E9 pedals. Don't claim to have seen them all. And sure you could special order most anything you wanted. Was told Sho~Bud started that years earlier before they had double raise capability's. So the player could easily press 3 pedals at once. To get what we now know and the B and C pedal sound. Make sense to me. Is it true? I have no way of knowing for sure. All before my time.
