That was really good!
The Commander doesn't have Steel right now, but those guys played a great set.
Robert Randolph gave a great performance and he was a great fit to headline The Blues Festival on the 4th!
His sister is in the band and she looks like a 70's Chaka Kahn, and sang and also played drums on one song.
Robert played some rippin' Steel and used at least 3 different instruments.

They were still great!
A few times during Roberts set, he was out on stage by himself, mastly wailing away, but when he played God Bless America, Man that was really great and the place went nuts. Then they came back out and basically ripped it right up to the end. There were some pretty good fireworks from the river boats while Robert was playing, then the main show as soon as he finished.
He wore a white shirt with an oversized American Flag Bow-Tie.
