Anyone familiar with this bearded steeler?
He was playing a Sho-Bud Professional on an old Hee-Haw episode with Clarence Gatemouth Brown.

I have no idea who it is.

But, from reading the link I posted, I assumed it was Joe Sunseri---per Steve Spitz.
