Hi my name is Jennifer Hughes. I started a Facebook Group called GES STEEL GUITARS. GES are me grandfathers initials. George Sell was a great man, my favorite man. He has passed and I would like to keep his memory alive. I made this page so you can share pictures or stories. Can’t wait to read them.

I visited your grandfather's house in Brookhaven (I think) in the mid 70s. I do not remember much about the visit, but I do remember how beautiful his steel guitars were.

I owned a GES D-10 when I first started playing in '86. I've posted this before, but here is a pic of me playing it at Lee's Lounge, Union City, NJ, around 1987.
