Pedal Steel in the National Press

Post by Tucker Jackson »

Here's a review of an album I worked on... even mentions the steel. Only one sentence, but I'll take it. I'm always happy when a writer just knows what a pedal steel is.

A pedal steel session credit AND your name mentioned in a decent press review? Take a victory lap, man. 8)

Nice to see Pedal Steel get a review. It is my opinion that if it was not for Pedal Steel some of these artists would not be where they are at today. Back in the 60's it made some of these artists.

I'm happy when another MUSICIAN knows what a PSG is.

I've come to the point where I set low expectations for other people/musicians, and they continually fail to achieve them. (And that applies to more than just music, by the way.)
