Has Lloyd produced any teaching materials. Lessons, tab etc, ? He gets the most possible out of his setup.

I have never seen Lloyd produce any for sale directly, however, there were some sold through Scotty's Music years ago. Having tried a couple of them at the time, I can tell you they can make you scratch your head for a minute.

Sorry to intrude if you have already accessed this resource; however, if you have not, do a search on Jan Jonsson. He has tabbed out some Lloyd Green music. Very interesting string / pull combinations.
