Sort of looks like Dickie Overbey playing a Blanton on the Hee Haw set.

I think Tommy wins the prize. For some reason I can't upload the photo but check out the last photo of Dicky on Jim Loessburg's site from 1972...same vintage and same haircut. http://www.jimloessberg.com/overby.htm

I've never seen Hank Jr without the cowboy hat, beard, and dark glasses - never would have recognized him. He sort of has that young Roy Clark look.
