Is that Buddy Emmons playing?

I've just listened to the Jean Shepard album "Heart To Heart" that I once bought. I' m pretty sure that it is Buddy on that whole album. Can anybody confirm this?

can't confirm it, but I'll say it's Hal Rugg....
