Finally met Cameron Parsons

Post by Marty Broussard »

Cameron played last Saturday night with Jody Booth at Tracy's Birthday party and I finally had the pleasure of visiting with him and hearing him play. He was playing an Emmons via a LW amp. Of course, I didn't steal any licks---And I have some ocean front property......

I met him one night at a club near Angleton TX back around 1997. Nice guy and a very good player too.

Oh,and he looks just the same now as then. How does he do it?
Cops aren't paid much so I steel at night.

Thanks, Marty - what a great memorable night! I enjoyed meeting everyone and jamming with y'all. Let me know if you ever need anything!

Dick, Marty has a great wife who taught me the secret of how to look upward toward the camera to stretch my 40-year-old wrinkles back to the nineties!
