Instructors?

Does anyone know of any Pedal Steel teachers in the Kansas City area? Also does anyone know of any bands that feature steel in KC, and if so where do they play?

PAT, Steel guitarist Russ Wever lives in the Kansas City area and is a long time teacher. He presently is playing on the road but I think comes in periodicaly, and you might possibly get some lessons from him on his down time.
