Is there a major IE problem?

About a week ago I was hearing scary reports about IE, that one should stop using it immediately until something got fixed. Someone even told me that Homeland Security had urged people not to use IE right now (or then).

But I see NOTHING about this in the media: major newspapers, TV, radio, nada.

So, what's the story? True, false, misleading, vindictive...?

A fix was issued last week. If you have updates set to automatically install then you have the fix. If not, go to the updates and it should be waiting for your to install.

Click Start then RIGHT click on Computer. Left click on Properties. Windows Update is listed in the lower left of the panel.
