Software Recommendations to create learning / playing stuff

morning

hoping for some software guidance / recommendations to assist with lap steel playing.

What I want to do is create tabs and make backing tracks.

Is there software that will take an exisiting recorded song and generate the tabs for lap steel guitar.

Is there software that will let you strip out the singers voice so you could play the melody to the remaining music ( backing track )

Appreciate hearing what folks have found useful in terms of software for lap steel
