why cant i play videos from youtube i have windows vista i download to real player. thanks for any help.

Youtube videos either use Flash Player or HTML 5.0 and silverlight...

Do you get any popups? Messages? Errors?

thanks chris i do get pop ups all the time. sometime i can download with real player sometimes i cant.

Are you just having problems with downloading them using RealPlayer Downloader? I have problems sometimes too. I can play YouTube videos all day long with no problems, but using Chrome, I have probably a 90% failure rate with RealPlayer downloading the file. I don't even get the little pop-up that asks if I want to download the video. In Internet Explorer, I can almost always download them. Sometimes IE will not give me the pop-up, but shutting IE down and re-starting usually gets it back.
