What does it change to, and does it only change after you reboot, or while you are using Mr. Browser?
Are you using Internet Exploder as your web browser?

IT'S AN MSN PAGE, BUT NOT "MY MSN"
Seems like it changes while I'm surfing & when I finally return to my Home Page the original is not there.
http://www.msn.com/ <---This the address in my Internet Options.

In order to have a personalized web page (home or other), one must accept cookies. Cookies are encrypted text files that contain such information as sign-ons, passwords, usernames, page last visited, text size, content to be displayed, etc.
So, have you done anything recently to alter the way your browser accepts cookies? Have you added any security programs that perhaps think cookies are threats? Have you set your browser's closing options to delete all session cookies?
The first thing you can do is open your Internet Options and find the tab dealing with Privacy/Cookies and allow All cookies. Look for any options in Advanced that might delete cookies upon closure. Apply, close and re-start the browser.
