Email Images

Post by Sonny Jenkins »

Sometimes when someone sends me pictures with the email message, all I get is a blank square with a little red box in the upper left corner,,no picture. Also sometimes when I do get the pictures and forward the email to someone else, all they get is a blank box and a little red box in the upper left corner (for each picture). I use Mozilla TBird,,,is there something I need to enable,,,or disable,,,or ????

Sonny;
Please read how to display images in Thunderbird, from approved senders, in the Mozillazine article. You may also find settings or options in the program's menu items, to allow images globally, or not.

Thanks Wiz,,actually I can view MOST pictures that are contained within the body of the email,,,it's just every once in a while I get an email (that does not have the "load images" option) that just has the blank box, with a tiny little box in the upper left corner that has another little red box inside of that. Sometimes when I right click on the little red box I get a menu that allows me to "view image",,,,sometimes not. Wish I could explain this problem better but you know what a "tech" dummie I am.
