Here's another hint: The singer is relatively unknown, the steel player is in the HOF. He started at a very young age and is still going strong.... :)

This is a good one! I just went down the list of Steel Guitar Hall of Famers and still can't call it. It's very well played. Just for the sake of guessing - is it early Franklin?

The singer is a guy named Frank Hurley, steel player is Doug Jernigan and the lead guitar is played by Gene Breeden. The track is from the album "I Like Honky Tonks", recorded in Gene Breeden's studio.
