I am trying to install the Trend Micro Security Software. However, It will not install until I delete
SpyBot Search & Destroy. Anyone else have this happen to you?
Additionally, will I be able to reinstall SpyBot or will I not need it once Trend Micro is installed. Thanks.

This is a known non-issue, caused by the big boys in the Security software field. Please try to ignore it. If you cannot ignore it, do uninstall Spybot until TIS is fully installed, then reinstall Spybot S&D.
I should mention that Trend Internet Security Pro is a far better product than Spybot S&D, which is why I promote it. It is updated in the cloud constantly and the program reaches out to check in the cloud for malware definitions, as you download, or execute files. It also checks web pages for hostile content and prevents compromised content from loading.
Spybot is updated once a week, on Wednesdays, and the only active component is the optional Tea Timer, system change monitor.
There is a struggle going on between security vendors at this time and a lot of them are picking on both Spybot S&D and ZoneAlarm. I agree that you shouldn't have two firewalls, but Spybot is a passive scanning and immunizing program. Just be sure to disable the Tea Timer to avoid system monitoring disputes.
