How do you post a Youtube video, or a MP3 on a new topic?

I just tested and the embed codes from youtube.com don't work in the forum. Not that I really expected them to.

I think your best bet in either case is to just link to it. If you copy the URL from your address bar and paste it into the message it will automatically become a link.
