wiz
i have a freind and we talk online using webcams a lot and their computer freezes quite often and so does the webcam . the result is they have to reboot in order to get things working again, but my older computer doesn't seem to have this problem , we are both running win XP and we both are on broad band connections , there are time's when things work/run perfect but other time's its frustrating
any suggetions

Suggest to your friends that they visit the website of the webcam and see if there is a newer driver than they are using.
