Slow search on E-Bay

I have AVG 8.0 and just installed spybot sd160 on my computer, everything seems okay except E-Bay is really slow, I have not had this problem before. any Ideas?

The LinkScanner is causing your slowdowns, as it scans every link on the page and checks it against a huge database of known malware links. Disabling the LinkScanner should improve your surfing speed, but will leave you less protected from clicking on dangerous links.
