Need help with Windows Movie-Maker

Post by Jim Cohen »

I've just finished editing some digital video and am ready to burn the results to DVD. But I can't find a burn function on Movie-Maker! Doesn't it have one? If not, how do I burn it? I have a separate DVD burner software, but it doesn't seem to recognize the format of the Movie-Maker project.

I know I can do this; I've done it before, but it's been awhile and I've forgotten how!

Thanks in advance,
JC

I think that the function you want is called "publish to my computer" or something like that, which will create a .wmv file. Then some other program can use that file to burn the disk.

Thanks, it was there all along, just greyed back until I put in a DVD. I just hadn't noticed it.
