Add/Remove - Never Seen This Before?

I was in add/remove a little while ago taking out a couple of things and noticed something I've never seen before.

The universal red circle with the red diagonal slash going from like 2 O'clock to 8 O'clock.

They were located on Goldwave and Multiquence (part of GW).

There are 3 versions in there of GW:
v5.18
v5.20 with the red circle
v5.22 (latest v.) with the red circle

and Multiquence v2.55 with the red circle.

What's going on with these red "verboten" circles? Both programs are working just fine.

I checked my Uninstall Listing and some old versions of Goldwave listed have that on there, but not the lastest version.

I tried uninstalling one of the old versions listed with that symbol and I got an error message "Cannot find program. A different version of the software may have been installed. This item will be removed from the uninstall list"
