Midi Channel for bass with General midi?

I want to midi out the basses on biab, to have more tone control.

If I use my Boss DR5 as a modual, I can have a three layered bass, each with its own volume control.

What I want to know is what midi channel the bass is on and what systems exclusive number (1-16).
